Watershed Restaurant

I’m a frequent customer at the Watershed. I eat there often and recently had my sons graduation party in their event rooms. The prices are affordable and the staff is amazing. The food was made on time and came out perfect. The manager is super attentive and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. I love that it’s local and the atmosphere is fun. They have pool tables and huge bar inside and out. Large patio area and good music.

One of the coolest places to open up in our area in a long time. The decor and theming of this restaurant is a 10/10! We enjoyed just walking around and exploring. We ordered wings, the oysters and a mushroom cheese burger. All were delicious! Especially the seasoned fries. My husband said that next time he wanted to just order a plate of the fries!

Watershed is a great new addition to downtown High Springs. Providing a fun atmosphere to hang out and catch up with friends. They have indoor and outdoor dining often featuring live music on the stage. Inside you will find some of the best pool tables around Alachua County. You order at the window and take a number and your food is delivered promptly. Their burgers and wings are tasty. They also have a good fish entree with fresh vegetables and salads if you are trying to opt for healthier options. For my sensory friends the music inside is normally at a good volume. However I would recommend you going right when you enter the restaurant and selecting a seat on that side past the bar for the quickest dining experience.

My only complaint is that the food is a little bit expensive but it's worth it because the burgers were massive and I have never tried the delicious fries they have. They have great outdoor and indoor seating with nice staff. And for the first time in restaurant history the bathrooms was insanely clean

What a great hidden gem in the heart of High Springs. We found it after living here for over a year. We thought it was a warehouse. The sign is just says Watershed. Doesn't mention resturant. Than the open sign is tiny compared to the building. Upon entering the courtyard we were pleasantly surprised. The decor was welcoming and very calming. When we entered the restaurant section you had a choice of ordering at the window or sitting in the bar area and be served. We chose the latter. We had great service both times we have been there and both times the food was excellent. I highly recommend this locally owned restaurant. I also found out that they cater to big parties and have separate rooms for your events. Wish I would have known before, we would have had our rehearsal dinner at Watershed. If you haven't checked it out, you are missing one of the hidden gems in our area.

We went in for an early dinner and sat at the bar. I had the shrimp and grits that were fantastic. They had a great red sauce with two fried grit cakes. I had a nice old-fashion to drink. My wife had the mushroom and cheese hamburger with a sour apple martini. Service was great.

First time here and the food was delicious. My husband go the pork belly bites and wings. I got the grouper sandwich. Food is cooked to order but it's worth the wait. The establishment has good space for patrons.

We are so excited to be part of the Watershed's soft launch. Everyone was very patient and friendly. So happy to have another locally-established dining option. Their food options are unique and fairly priced. Opportunity for private events to fit about 50 people with an option for dedicated pool table for the private party. Outdoor dining with outdoor bar coming as well.
